Hott Mess Express
A wife, mom, daughter, sister, and aunt trying to break the cycle of familial mental health and addiction.
"Hott Mess Express" was how I referred to myself when I was active in my alcoholism. I knew I was a mess. I was the tornado that created the mess. I made light of the shame with the "hott" bit. Who was I kidding?
